Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under $75: $4.99 standard shipping
Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after your order has shipped.
- During busy seasons, such as the holidays, delivery can take a few days longer.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.
Digital products
The Luxoria Body Guide is delivered instantly – you'll find your download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. No shipping needed.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away – we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with your neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery – we'll make it right.
