This website, luxorialab.com, is operated by HUSSAM AND TALA LLC, doing business as Luxoria Lab ("Luxoria Lab", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. Our store is built for customers in the United States.
3. Products and use
Our devices are personal care and wellness products for cosmetic use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Please read the user manual before use, follow all safety instructions and ask your doctor before use if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or use a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device. Our cosmetic products are for external use only – please do a patch test first and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
We do our best to show our products, colors and details as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout when you place your order applies to that order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers – we never see or store your full card details.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order – for example if a product is unavailable, if there was an obvious error in price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

7. Digital products
Digital products, such as the Luxoria Body Guide, are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them.

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you allow us to use it on our website and social media in connection with our products. Please only share content that you own and that is truthful.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website – including texts, images, logos and designs – belongs to Luxoria Lab or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the website's security or operation.
